As a business professional with over 35 years of experience, Ken provides corporate and financial services to range of industries and sectors. Whether working as an internal or consultant CFO/COO he has successfully delivered outstanding results in financial management, business transformation, digital transformation, M&A, and corporate governance. Well-acquainted with complex and challenging situations, Ken has led systems transformation, strategic alignment, team building, dispute resolution and growth strategies.

Leveraging his expertise in business, digital transformation and change management, his roles as COO have included establishing, redeveloping and managing financial and IT operations, strategic planning, and growth initiatives across retail, building/construction, and import/export businesses/corporate groups.

As Board member, Vice-Chairman and Committee Chair of an international not-for-profit, Ken has championed the plight of oppressed people across 67 countries through strategic and governance oversight for over 30 years.

Locally, as a committee member for a state government agency, Ken informs risk management enhancements and governance oversight within a complex regulatory environment.
