Adrian is a passionate business sustainability expert with over 20 years of experience. He excels at helping organisations maximise their sustainability investments and future-proof their businesses. Before focusing on sustainability, Adrian held energy, operations, and technical leadership roles in heavy industry across Australia and Eastern Europe.

Starting his journey with an engineering degree, Adrian’s passion for sustainability led him to earn a PhD in corporate sustainability. He has effectively applied his knowledge in the industry by publishing sustainability reports, launching low-carbon products, significantly reducing emissions and fossil fuel use, and implementing strategies to improve environmental performance.

Adrian enjoys complex, challenging tasks, with multiple moving components, delivering a positive practical outcome that is also ethical, equitable and humane.

Adrian’s impressive qualifications include recent completions of business sustainability programs from renowned business schools such as Cambridge, Oxford, Yale, and MIT. His studies covered sustainability strategies, circular economy, leading sustainable corporations, and sustainable finance, further enhancing his expertise and ability to drive impactful sustainability initiatives.

• Adrian implemented an energy cost reduction initiative across multiple manufacturing facilities, resulting in savings of over $4M each year.
• He transformed a business unit’s operating model and extinguished the Enterprise Business Agreement, achieving ongoing saving over $1M each year.
