About Mark

With more than 20 years of leadership and management experience in both public and private sectors, Mark is an accredited executive coach with extensive experience in HR leadership, project management, change management, strategy and transformation.

Mark started his career as a high-performance sports coach in volleyball and athletics while he completed undergraduate studies in Psychology. Over the course of his career he has worked mostly in people- and HR-related roles but also in other corporate streams such as infrastructure, finance, policy, and a variety of professional service areas.

Mark enjoys working with c-suite leaders and offering CHRO services to guide businesses to perform at their best. Most recently he has been enjoying helping teams with their Ways of Working and Psychosocial Hazards management.
