Gold Coast based human resources (HR) specialist Kelli McDougall has joined Fifth Eagle as a partner.
Ms McDougall was most recently director of HR and recruitment consultants Ukoo who provided services throughout Queensland and NSW.
Her new role will include managing HR and recruitment consulting and providing strategic advice to boards and executive leadership teams.
“Fifth Eagle is a dynamic and industry leading business advisory firm doing some great work in the C-Suite as a Service space as well as innovative financial services,” Ms McDougall said.
“I’ll be providing the same range of assistance and strategy from my previous business, but with new supporting advisory offerings to really enhance an organisation’s capabilities.”
Ms McDougall will work alongside founder Andrew Crealy and partner Scott Richardson to help facilitate organisational strategy for long-term growth.
“Getting the right people in place for a company to reach its full potential is one of the most important elements of business, yet it’s often overshadowed by other issues seemingly more pressing,” Ms McDougall says.

Ms McDougall has worked within her own consultancies in HR since graduating with a Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland in 2001.
